At Equalizer®, we consider cost and time requirements when shipping your orders. We typically use the least expensive carrier for shipment. All freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice, unless you opt for shipping your order freight collect or provide a billing account number for your chosen carrier. In the event of damaged or missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend checking the contents against the packing slip immediately upon receipt. Please report any damages with the shipping carrier immediately. Equalizer® reserves the right to refuse claims if excessive time has passed since delivery of the shipment.
Equalizer® offers drop shipping services for our customers. However, please be aware that the billing customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses. Equalizer® cannot be held responsible for fraudulent drop ship orders.
Customers in the USA who are tax-exempt must submit their state tax-exempt certificates for all relevant states. Otherwise, all orders will be subject to state tax based on the shipping address.
Equalizer® Auto Glass Tools are warranted against factory defects. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, it does not apply to accessories or damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts. The warranty period varies by product. We will repair or replace any defective part at our discretion. Before sending us a tool for repair or evaluation, please include the RMA# provided by the Equalizer® Customer Service Department. Send the entire tool, which may include the battery, blades, sheath and other accessories. Equalizer® reserves the right to send back your tool if you do not have a RMA# associated with your repair. You can also find an authorized repair center near you by contacting our customer service department. Equalizer® reserves the right to refuse repairs at our expense for tools that have not been properly maintained as specified in the User's Guide. All like-new returned items are subject to a restocking fee based on the following schedule: 1-30 days from the date of purchase: 15% • 31-89 days from the date of purchase: 25% • 90 or more days from the date of purchase: 50% Products returned within 30 days of purchase that are not in like-new condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and a 50% restocking fee if returned 31 or more days after the purchase date. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, and it will be made by crediting the original method of payment. Refunds or credit for discontinued items will be subject to review by Equalizer®, which reserves the right to refuse credit for any discontinued items. After the return period, products will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as applicable. Please reference the packing slip or invoice number for your return.
